Shipping Policy

All in stock orders will be processed by the start of the next business day. Should there be any reason why we are not able to ship on time, we will post the information on the terms and conditions section in the checkout process.

We don’t ship any orders on weekends or statutory holidays. Any orders placed on these days will be shipped the next business day.

Free shipping on orders over $50
Any orders placed in the continental USA over $50 will be shipped free of charge. We will attempt to ship as quickly as possible and the delivery estimate will be between 5-10 business days. We will use FedEx SmartPost, which is a hybrid solution available through Fedex with the final delivery being done by the US Postal Services

Shipping options in the USA
  • US Postal Services Priority Mail Delivery - the estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days
  • Fedex 2 Day Delivery - the estimated delivery time is 2 days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays)
  • FedEx Next Day Delivery - the estimated delivery time is the next business day (excluding weekends and statutory holidays)

IMPORTANT TO NOTE: FedEx can’t deliver to a PO Box

International shipping options
International shipments will be sent either by DHL Express or FedEx International, depending on your location.

The delivery times vary depending mostly on your country and the custom clearance measures that are in place.

Typically this happens within 2-8 business days

Cancellations and modifications
An order must be canceled or modified before the end of the day you place the order. We will do our best to accommodate changes and cancellations but we can’t guarantee these requests if it is not done on the day of the order.
